Sponsors Signing on to Support 2nd Annual Sporting Clays Classic

Sponsors are signing up for the UM Shore Regional Health 2nd Annual Sporting Clays Classic, which will benefit the Wellness for Women Program at UM Shore Regional Comprehensive Breast Center at Easton. Set for June 11 at The Point at Pintail in Queenstown, the event will feature 75 targets, lunch and prizes for participants, a gun raffle and a silent auction.
According to Tom Pyper, event committee chair, the fundraising goal for the Sporting Clays Classic is to net $100,000. “This year’s event will provide funding that enables the Wellness for Women Program to reach out into the community and provide screening to those who otherwise might never have the opportunity to get life-saving education and screening services,” Pyper says. “We hope members of the community will consider a sponsorship or donation — a number of local businesses have stepped step up in support of the event and we are so grateful for them and all they do for our communities.”
