The Auxiliary of University of Maryland Memorial Hospital Foundation recently made a major gift to the Foundation’s end-of-year campaign to raise funds for the purchase of new operating room equipment at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton.

“Once again, our Auxiliary has stepped up to make a difference in the quality of care our hospital is able to provide to residents of our region,” says Graham Lee, vice president for Philanthropy for UM Shore Regional Health. “Their generous donation of $100,00 in response to our call for support for surgical equipment and technology follows an equally generous gift, made earlier this year, benefiting the Comprehensive Breast Center. We are so fortunate to have such hard-working and dedicated Auxiliary members whose many hours of dedicated service and successful fundraisers are helping us to realize Shore Regional Health’s vision of being the region’s leader in patient-centered care.”
