Birthing Center Recognized as Everyday Heroes

Recently, one patient’s family member wrote to honor nurses and respiratory therapists as Everyday Heroes for “their caring and grace while attending mothers and babies in the Birthing Center” at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton.  Honorees, shown above, included Luanne Satchell, manager, Women and Children’s Health Services; Ruth Ann Jones, director, Acute Care and Emergency Services; Karen Jackson; Patty Joiner and Valerie Rice.
