Choptank Transport, Inc., Supports SRH COVID-19 Relief Fund

Choptank Transport, Inc.’s Matt Andrew, associate director, Logistics and Geoff Turner, president/CEO, presenting a gift of $3,000 to Graham Lee, vice president Philanthropy, UM Memorial Hospital Foundation. The gift will benefit benefit the Foundation’s COVID-19 Response Fund.

Choptank Transport hosted its second annual charity golf tournament, “10 Better Than Par – First Responders’ Edition” on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Hog Neck Golf Course. Ten local first-responder organizations benefited from the proceeds. UM Memorial Hospital Foundation received $3,000 for its COVID-19 Response Fund, which is used to meet the unique needs faced by SRH hospitals during these unprecedented times.

“We are very grateful for the support of Choptank Transport,” said Vice President Philanthropy F. Graham Lee. This gift will help purchase equipment and medical supplies and meet the emerging needs of our health care team members.”
