The Auxiliary of the Memorial Hospital at Easton recently funded the purchase of a Total Gym Power Tower for UM Shore Rehabilitation Center at Easton. The purchase was made possible by the 2015 “Tree of Lights” campaign, which took place last December.

The new equipment, valued at about $5,000, was delivered to the Center in June and benefits patients working to overcome neurological as well as orthopedic impairments.

“Our physical therapists are so excited to have the new Total Gym Power Tower,” says Frank Rath, manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation. “It has so many workout options that enable patients to increase strength and flexibility in all muscle groups – it is much more versatile than the old equipment that it replaced. We are very grateful to the Auxiliary’s Tree of Lights campaign for such generous support that made the purchase possible.”
