2015 UM Shore Regional Golf Tournament

The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health Golf Tournament on Monday, September 21 raised $82,950 in net proceeds to benefit the Operating Room Equipment Fund at UM Shore Regional Medical Center at Easton.
According to Pat O’Shea, development director for UM Memorial Hospital Foundation, 29 teams competed in the tournament, which was held at Talbot Country Club. Lunch was served on the course during play and the tournament was followed by an awards reception.
“The day would not have been a success without the support of our 23 sponsors,” says O’Shea. “We are truly grateful for their generous commitment to community health care. A note of thanks is also due to Mark Herrmann, who chaired the tournament, and to volunteers from the operating room staff led by Penny Pink and Melissa Kelly. Community members Phyllis Matthai and Nancy Latham also were a big help in making sure that the day flowed smoothly.”
