Preparations are under way for University of Maryland Memorial Hospital Foundation’s fourth annual “Claws for a Cause,” a crab feast to benefit UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown.
This “Old Fashioned Eastern Shore Crab Feast” will take place from 6-9 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2016, at Fisherman’s Crab Deck in Grasonville. Fisherman’s Crab Deck is located off Route 50, exit 42 (Kent Narrows). Ticket prices are $90 in advance; $100 at door.
Proceeds from this year’s Claws for a Cause will be used to purchase equipment to bring state of the art “telemedicine” equipment to the UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown.
All donations to UM Memorial Hospital Foundation and UM Shore Regional Health are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will be provided an acknowledgment letter via mail to the address provided.
