University of Maryland Memorial Hospital Foundation is saying goodbye to one of its longtime team members. At the end of February, Pat O’Shea, director of fund development, will retire after more than 11 years with the Foundation.

O’Shea has been in charge of fundraising activities that support UM Shore Medical Center at Easton and other healthcare programs and services of UM Shore Regional Health. She has overseen major gifts, special events, sponsorships and annual fund appeals as well as stewardship, prospect management, donor recognition and donor relations.

“Pat will be greatly missed by donors, volunteers and staff alike. We have all benefited from her fundraising knowledge — from the many special events she has organized to building relationships with our donors and friends in the community,” says F. Graham Lee, vice president of philanthropy for UM Shore Regional Health. “We wish her well in her retirement.”
