UM Shore Regional Health Sporting Clays Classic to Benefit Wellness for Women Program at UM Comprehensive Breast Center

The UM Shore Regional Health 2nd Annual Sporting Clays Classic will benefit the Wellness for Women Program at UM Shore Regional Comprehensive Breast Center at Easton. The event is set for June 11 at The Point at Pintail in Queenstown and will feature 75 targets, lunch and prizes for participants, raffles, a silent auction and side games.
According to Tom Pyper, committee chair for the event, the fundraising goal for the Sporting Clays Classic is to net $100,000. “This year’s event will provide funding for the Wellness for Women Program at UM Shore Regional Comprehensive Breast Center. That funding will allow the program to reach out into the community and provide screening services to those who otherwise might never have the opportunity to get life-saving education and screening services,” Pyper says.
Sponsorship opportunities are available in six brackets, including: Tournament Sponsor, $10,000; Sure Shot Sponsor, $5,000; High Flyer Sponsor, $2,500; Course Sponsor, $1,000; Gun Sponsor, $500, and Station Sponsor, $150. Says Pyper, “We are so excited about this year’s event and we hope members of the community will consider a sponsorship or donation. We’ve already had a number of local businesses step up in support of our efforts and we are so grateful for them and all they do for our communities.”
