Patient honors Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab Team

Members of the Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab team were recognized by a patient who had enjoyed several months of regular rehab in their care. Honored as Everyday Heroes by this patient were Gary Jones, director Cardiopulmonary Services; Tracy Supcoe, Sarah Hughes; Matthew Roberts; Sally Worm, program manager; and Melinda Wood.
